At “halarch” we design buildings, such as houses, multifamily residential, office, shopping, public, sport and leisure. Our offer includes feasibility studies, development budget and cost plan analysis, concept design, planning permission, building and construction projects, design team co-ordination and site supervision. We design new buildings as well as extensions, conversions, renovations and change of use. Our ambition is to make our buildings as efficient and functional as possible, but also elegant and original. We have a solid experience in designing buildings of various type and size in Poland, Ireland and Brazil, full professional qualification and have been awarded at international architectural competitions. The office is led by Tomasz Brzęcki (cert. no. 6/09/SLOKK), member of Polish Chamber of Architects no. SL/1406.
